Our Condos
We have two condominiums in the Las Palmas development at 200m from each other and approx. 200m from the well stocked mini-mart, Mini Luperon; two beach clubs (Pacifico and Cafe' de la Playa); fine dining and local restaurants and cafe'.
Our condos are approx. 800m to Main St. (downtown Coco) along the scenic beachfront boardwalk and/or along the road, Calle La Chorreira.
Rent one or both to accommodate your family and/or friends.

Valle Grande #10

At 350m to the beach, Valle Grande #10 is a spacious second level 80 sq.m, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms condominium, that is suitable for a family of 4 or two couples. It is fully furnished including appliances (stove, refrigerator, and microwave), Internet, cable TV, CD/radio, DVD, video library, and books. The master bedroom offers a queen size bed and a 3 piece ensuite. The second bedroom also offers a queen bed. The unit has 3 separate built in and individually remote controlled air conditioners. Maid service is available upon request, at an additional fee.
Valle Grande is truly as its name implies "The Big Valley". The layout of the 16 unit complex is an L-shape, offering a large, open and well manicured green space, with tropical trees, banana and papaya plants and rich coloured tropical flowers, such as the stunning Bird of Paradise.
Valle Grande offers a large pool, laundry facilities, and ample parking. The "rancho" provides a large covered area and our personal BBQ (located on the back balcony) will come in handy for the day's catch or that great T-bone steak from AutoMercado.
A safety-deposit box (keyed or coded-entry) is provided for your convenience. Feel free to use the beach chairs, beach umbrella, pool noodles, fishing gear, badminton set, etc. A bamboo door-screen is rolled-up in the main lock-up --it hangs on the two nails, over the outside door frame. Should you decide to install it, please do put it back at the end of your stay. The cushions, for the balcony?s outdoor furniture, are in the large white armour in the second bedroom.
* Propane refills can be purchased from Luperon supermarket (on Main Street), or El Jobo, located on the road to Ocotal.
Los Juncos #4

Step down from the balcony to the pool or walk 100 meters to the beach with your morning coffee. You will love this fully furnished condo, immersed in a rich tropical setting. Awaken in the morning to serenading monk parrots, howler monkeys and the Pacific waves. In the evening, sit by the pool or on the balcony sipping your favourite beverage as you enjoy the tranquil Pacific?s breeze and calming sounds of its waves. Welcome to the villas of Los Juncos --spanish for "The Reeds".
Los Juncos #4 is a spacious second level, 80 sq.m, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathroom condominium which is suitable for 4-6 people. It is fully furnished including appliances (stove, refrigerator, and microwave), Internet, cable TV, CD/radio, and DVD. You may also make use of our personal BBQ (located on the back balcony of the unit). The master bedroom has a queen bed with a pull out cot and a 3 piece en-suite. The second bedroom has 3 twin beds. The unit has 3 separate built in and individually remote controlled air conditioners. A safety-deposit box (keyed or coded-entry) is provided for your convenience. Maid service is available upon request, at an additional fee.
The Los Juncos complex has a large pool, tropical garden areas, a covered Rancho with laundry facilities and a well lit parking lot, all shared by only 12 units.
